    I have nothing to complain about. My first experience with BMW Motability was a good one. Since than it as only got better. Mark Lomas is the only Motability rep that has kept in touch with me throughout my contract. No other dealership has ever done that.
    He and I had spoken about 3 weeks before the end of my contract about a new car. I told him that I would love to have another BMW, but they were too expensive, and the majority were electric.
    2 weeks or so, he calls me again, all excited buzzing like he had just been given a new toy telling me about the X1 with a fantastic deal and how right he was. I now have a new BMW, which I was not expecting. The only problem is that I'm going to have to put up with his phone calls for another 3 years. 😅
    I have had a fantastic experience with Sytner BMW Sheffield, and I've had the pleasure of meeting a fine young gentleman.
