    My Motability Sales Rep Liam has consistently been empathetic in our personal & family circumstances, considerate with my disabilities & flexible in arranging meetings in between my hospital treatments which can be challenging due to regular delays in being seen. As I was never pushed under unethical pressurised marketing tactics, I gradually developed a good trusting interpersonal client & professional relationship with Liam due to his the ability to understand & accommodate my unique needs. He's always been approachable, welcoming & has always been on stand-by to greet us at the main entrance even before we'd enter the showroom. 

    Not only he kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process, but even promptly advised me of an unusually special limited offer that Lexus had available their EV range Lexus UX 300e 150kW 72.8 kWh 5dr E-CVT [Takumi Pack]. Thanks to his early intervention, I changed my mind & decided to opt for that EV model which I managed to secure before the offer ended within a few weeks. Otherwise, my initial choice would have actually been a Hybrid car due to my scepticism about electric car. As promised, he contacted me within 3 days of collecting my car & even offered to undertake a home visit as at that time, I was struggling to charge my EV, despite my EV charger had been installed by Ohme through the Motability Scheme. However, the issue was resolved after I contacted Ohme after-sale support, following which they did an update on my EV charger/App so that I’d also use solar boost to charge my vehicle as I produce my own electricity at home through16 solar PV panels.

    A big thank you to Lexus Sheffield for allowing me to have my new Lexus LBX. I would also like to thank Liam Crossfiled for his friendly and helpful attitude, who took care of me from the very beginning. I also appreciated that he explained everything in detail and carefully when my English skills were not sufficient. Of course, I must also add the friendly, helpful and respectful attitudes of all the employees there, including him. Many thanks to all of them. I now have a very nice Lexus that I am very happy to drive.
