- Rating 1.0Aug 7, 2023I booked our car in for MOT and explained about the brakes, the person on the phone said they would be sorted. I asked for a curtesy car and was told that you don't do them on a Saturday. So my husband got our 2 handicapped boys up at 7am to get to York for 9am and had to sit there while other customers arrived and were asked if they wanted a "curtesy car" and valetting. After waiting 3.5 hours he picked up our car and "anazingly" it hadn't been valeted either. Is there something wrong with Motability customers thst we are treated like second class citizens or is there some unwritten rule that JCT treat us like dirt? And in the end they still didn't do the brakes so I've got to book it in again.
