    Dear Motability Complaints Team,

    I am escalating a complaint regarding Alexander’s Nissan, York, following my MOT appointment on 15 February 2025.

    I was left waiting over three hours for a one-hour appointment, with no updates or consideration for my disability. I experienced significant pain and distress, and no reasonable adjustments were offered.

    The dealership was initially unable to confirm when the work would be completed, which led my wife to contact Motability for assistance. Only after I raised the issue forcefully did the dealership act.

    I believe this dealership failed in its duty of care to a Motability customer and request that this incident is formally logged and investigated.
