    The hand over of the car was in-depth. Dan sat in the car and helped connect my phone and explained the instruments. He told us to contact him if we had any worries or just pop back to the dealership. Dan showed understanding of my son’s disability which always is good to see.

    Collection and redelivery very good although some concern at time of service booking because you changed your terms on who and where collection and delivery can apply even though this was a must for me prior to accepting the car.
    Your text service is dreadful for Motability customers as they do not apply but you want acceptance to proceed. One text was received 4 times despite my phoning.
