You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. You can have up to three named drivers (this doesn't have to be you) and the price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

If I could sit and wait, I wouldn’t have booked a car and waited 5 weeks for an appointment. It then took you 25 minutes to come back to me. I couldn’t book myself in online beforehand because the link wasn’t working ! At 4:45pm … I arrived to bring back my hire car and collect mine - and again, had to wait for 20 minutes. I was 3rd in line on my arrival and shortly after me, so customer no. 4 arrived! The lady who was first in the queue told us all that she had been waiting for 15 minutes already!! I got my phone out and had to call you from
