    Phillip was exemplary, he was professional, polite and took his time to explain every stage. He kept us informed throughout the process.

    When the car was handed over, true to his professionalism, he took his time, talked us through all the controls and helped us set up the app. Something no one has ever done with other dealers.

    He also called the morning after we picked up the car to make sure that we were comfortable with the controls and still happy with it.

    Phillip is a professional and very accommodating. His patience needs to be commended and recognised. I hope this reaches him somehow. He is an asset to Mercedes-Benz
