    Excellent experience with Derby Mercedes-Benz of Derby. My car was collected for it's service and returned 4 hours later by a pleasant and courteous service staff member. The collection and return of my vehicle saved me waiting at the dealership for the service to be completed. As part of the service my car was washed and the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I was very pleased with the service received by the Derby dealership. 5 stars all round.

    David was excellent from start to finish, before we placed the order we were given a test drive for 24 hours.

    We were advised the cars which were available on mobility from the we explained our needs and he advised us to go with a GLA.
    we are very happy with the vehicle now we have received it. It is the right fit for us.
    We can’t fault the service provided by Mercedes in Derby and in particular David.
