Olly was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars and genuinely wanted to find the right car for our needs. He was super with my son and patiently answered all of his questions. It was also really helpful for Olly to come out in the new car for another test drive on the handover day to help with my anxiety about driving a different size car to what I'm used to.
