    Final handover was fine, but not one proactive phone call from start to finish to keep me updated with the order process, despite promising a monthly call. Whilst I appreciate that this is just another fleet sale the original order was taken with complete disinterest and I would have expected at least some contact over the last six months without having to chase prior to receiving the call to say the car was in and ready to collect.

    Worked well this time around. On the check over last time wipers weren’t touched. On my last car, a Seat Leon had the same problem. Is it a VW fault?

    Some issues that were flagged up with the dealership a number of weeks ago were not documented correctly therefore when it came to rectifying these issues they weren’t addressed. Staff members are helpful on the face of it but communications with the customer are hit and miss. Simple issues like not communicating when my car was being returned to me, not providing extra coolant to top up with or even explaining this would be needed, not clearing the inspection alerts on the dash instrument panel, not checking the errors with my wing mirror were fixed etc.are all small things but very frustrating and inconvenient when it means my vehicle has to be returned to the dealership.
