    My experience when I was collecting the car was phenomenal. They communicated with me when the car arrived and arranged a day for collection. Although I wasn’t able to go on the scheduled day, they were flexible and allowed me to choose a date that suited me.

    On the day I collected the car, the reception team was very helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. I just want to say thank you so much to Elliot for being professional, kind, and attentive. He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful. I wanted a dash cam, and he accompanied me to the services team to get it sorted. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
