Staff were friendly and informative especially Adam McKinlay who showed us how the car works and what's involved when leasing a car with the motability scheme. Communication was brilliant as well before and after picking the car up. As a new driver I was very nervous and unsure about how everything works but Adam was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. The car was perfect for my son and I'm excited to be able to take him places I wouldn't have been able to before. Couldn't have had a better experience.
