    From test drive, to ordering, collecting my new vehicle and to the after care service, it has been excellent in every single aspect. This has been my first motorbility vehicle and it has been trouble free thanks to the care and service by Renault Derby. A special mention of Scarlett who was very patient on the test drives and also the time she spent setting up the vehicle for me and explaining all the functions and controls ( and I asked a lot of questions). Manager Jan was also very polite and helpful on the two occasions I have met him. They are both a credit to the business.

    Their experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The lady that dealt with me she was absolutely amazing. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s a credit to your team. Her name is Scarlett Taylor. She so understanding and I would never have gone for a disability card if it wasn’t for her I’ve been to other places and they never made me feel comfortable.
