    I recently purchased a new Nissan Juke N-Connecta in Gun Metallic Grey from Nissan Derby, and I cannot praise the service I received from sales executive Regan enough.
    From the very first inquiry about placing the order right through to the moment I collected the keys, Regan provided a consistently brilliant experience. The entire process was seamless and transparent, which isn't always the case when buying a new car.
    Regan was professional, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the Juke model and all the N-Connecta features. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, ensuring there were no surprises and that all my questions were answered promptly and clearly.
    On collection day, everything was ready as promised. The handover was efficient, and Regan took the time to go through all the vehicle's functions thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable with my new car before driving off the forecourt.
