    Not a lot of information given, either before or after order and delivery. Felt pressured that we had to take the car before the end of the month.

    After doing some research into relevant cars and what was available from Mobility Operations, in the form of cars, I found one which my local Skoda dealer was in Derby. Ryan was amazing, from initial enquiry, to booking an appointment for an actual sit in and test of the chosen vehicle, right the way through to doing the mobility application and ordering the vehicle.

    All questions regarding change over, vehicle plates (i have personal plates) etc Ryan had the answers in a straight forward, non jargon knowledgeable fashion.

    Now its just a waiting game, but i did notice that the showroom, sales team were all smart, clean and very presentable. Nothing was to much trouble.
