    Totally unimpressed with this dealership. Was told by the lady on reception that the cost of a loan car while my motability mini was in for service would be £30 plus fuel ( not true ) I found that reception not at all helpful

    My husband took my mobility car in for its service. Unfortunately, one of your workers didn’t appear to think he should have a mobility car and seemed to have great delight in broadcasting the car was mobility, whereby other customers could hear. We will be coming back to have a tyre fitted and I hope he doesn’t have the same experience.

    Very pleased with the progress of the car in the garage having the inspection of the service to the records to my mobility vehicle

    No call to collect but saw it parked up when I arrived and still asked to wait 5/10 minutes. Health check showed needs new brake pads and discs but this was not offered

    Easy access with blue badge parking, friendly staff looked after as a disabled motability customer , brought me drinks and washed the car after service , very happy with service provided .

    Very good. My only idea for improvement which other dealers have done is with a lift to and from the garage or a loan car. The rest was perfect and lovely staff.
