    Diana is always incredible with us. She wrote me a lovely card and made picking up my car so enjoyable. She helped me so much, and made us smile and laugh the whole time.

    The lady that dealt with me Diana, she was absolutely amazing and I managed to get my car ready for my birthday. I would like you to give her some recognition for it because I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson for mobility plus she bought me a birthday present of her own bk out of her own pocket I cant of asked for a better sales rep or company to buy from

    Jordan was our point man and he was very helpful from start to finish. He assured me that he would spend as much time as I needed going through the car and explaining everything before letting me go and he did.

    He simplified his explanations to terms I would understand and didn't speak in technical car jargon which a lot of garages do. He also set things up for me before I left the forecourt so I didn't have to worry about how I need to do tasks such as pairing my phone to the car, setting stopping distances and tedious jobs like that.

    The whole process was very straightforward and was positive from start to finish.
