    This time I felt the experience was not as good as a previous occasions that I have been dealt with at Bristol Street motors. I felt as if I was rushed no offer of a coffee no real explanation about the car , felt let down this time

    Mr Ali Absalan was My Motability Specialist.
    After a Phone call in which I chose a Car, I explained that the Dealership was over 10 Miles away and I’d have to take 3 Buses to get there.
    Ali spoke to His Boss and said that He’s been given permission to not only come and pick Me up but to take Me home again afterwards.
    This experience was not something I was looking forward too, but Ali made the process very easy.
    Ali is most definitely an asset for The Motability Scheme.

    Jordan Harris sold me my Motability car and was very friendly. He went above and beyond to liaise with myself and arrange the adaptations,is very knowledgeable, as well as making sure I was comfortable with the car upon collection . I can't recommend him highly enough, he's a true credit to the dealership.
