    So easy to check in, and the staff are friendly and polite as always. My only criticism is the chairs in the waiting area. They are very low, lean back too far and as a disabled person it makes it hard to get up. There are a couple of ‘stools’ however being small, I can’t get on them. The sofas/chairs that were there before were much better.

    The Motability Specialist I dealt with was Mr Ali Absalan.
    This process was something I wasn’t looking forward too, but Ali made it all very easy.
    He was very clear with everything, very knowledgeable about the Scheme as well as the Cars. Ali was very understanding, empathetic and all around just a nice young Man.
    The Car Dealership is 10 miles away, it would’ve taken over an hour on 3 buses to get there. When I first phoned and enquired about the Car, I explained the journey I would have to make, and after speaking with his Manager, Ali said He’d come pick Me up and then take Me Home afterwards.
    I picked up My Car yesterday, and an hour and a half before my appointment I received a phone call from Ali saying that He’d pick Me up again.
    All in all, BSM and Ali made it all so easy.

    This time I felt the experience was not as good as a previous occasions that I have been dealt with at Bristol Street motors. I felt as if I was rushed no offer of a coffee no real explanation about the car , felt let down this time

    Mr Ali Absalan was My Motability Specialist.
    After a Phone call in which I chose a Car, I explained that the Dealership was over 10 Miles away and I’d have to take 3 Buses to get there.
    Ali spoke to His Boss and said that He’s been given permission to not only come and pick Me up but to take Me home again afterwards.
    This experience was not something I was looking forward too, but Ali made the process very easy.
    Ali is most definitely an asset for The Motability Scheme.
