- Rating 5.0Dec 2, 2024Jordan at Bristol street was brilliant and very knowledgeable about most things, the only slight issue was we asked for a dash cam but neither Jordan or myself knew that only plug in dash cams are allowed. But he quickly changed the order to take the one that we had ordered off. He’s pushed through getting a car ordered quickly for us, even when we didn’t require a vehicle so quickly. But we would definitely go back to any Bristol street garage as unlike some such companies like Skoda who treated us like garbage, Jordan didn’t mind if we had the basic of all basic cars or if we had the top spec best car money could buy. We was treated like actual human beings who was just buying a car again unlike folk at Skoda who treated us like some piece of rubbish they just stepped in. The difference in how we were treated was really like night and day. I’ll be certainly recommending Bristol street to anyone looking for a car or a motability car.
**update, no problem Dawn, we like to give credit where credit is due and your customer service went above and beyond by everyone we dealt with not just Jordan, but as he was our sales associate, we just wanted to point out how good he was and how well he treated my husband and myself.
