    From the start I was greeted with kindness and directed to Ash - the staff member dealing with Motability matters.
    Throughout the initial appointment, and those that followed, I was treated as the focus of the appointment. I felt that at all time my responses and opinions were sought and valued.
    I appreciated that I was not rushed to respond, and all questions were swiftly answered.
    At each step I was given time to process the information, and support was offered if needed. Even at times when I wasn't confident in completing or making choices, I was not pressured or rushed.
    Regular communication was kept throughout the relationship with them, at no point did I feel forgotten.
    As this was my first time with access to a motability car, I was unsure how draining it would be, thankfully I was wrong and I would wholeheartedly recommend using Vertu Vauxhall to others looking to get support with a motability car.

    I cannot put into words how amazing Ashley Davis was. Not only was he excited and bubbly when picking my car up but from day dot!
    He was welcoming and open and understanding. He was attentive. Even went as far as sending me a video after booking an appointment via phone call/email, giving me a visual of who I would be meeting, who to look out for in the dealership. As someone with mental health struggles and neurodiversities, this was astounding. It eradicated the intense anxiety I would usually get meeting new people, going somewhere new, trying to navigate meeting someone I’ve never seen and asking people I don’t know questions or to direct me to the right person. I didn’t have a panic attack, I didn’t need to work myself up, I was calm, prepared and welcomed with open arms by Ashley.
    Through every step of this journey he has kept me informed. Explained anything I’ve needed and always asked if I had questions to ask. This is so helpful for me. It gave me the opportunity to ask rather than feel like I’m butting in or sounding stupid. I never felt that way with Ashley.
    He was personable, funny and very knowledgeable. These are all characteristics that make it easier for me to relax in the presence of a new person. I was able to absorb the information given to me, process it and take away from the conversations the things I needed to know.
    Even my dad who accompanied me to the appointments we had with Ashley said he didn’t feel like Ashley was a salesman. It didn’t feel like what he was saying was scripted or robotic yet he still managed to get all relevant information across in way that was accessible for me, yet not patronising.
    Because of Ashley I have my first car. I have access to a world that has felt impossible to access. I never thought I would be here to see the day.
    I for sure could not have asked for a better person to go through this journey with. I will remember Ashley for the rest of my life.
