    Very bad communication we was given a courtesy car which had mobility logo all over it. I wasn’t going to drive round advertising so was returned. You told us it was sent through mobility on speaking to mobility. This was not true. We will be taken elsewhere once I have to renew my mobility car.

    Abigail has been absolutely wonderful with her service she has made the entire process of getting a car easy and is there if I ever need any help regarding the car. She is extremely kind and friendly I would recommend her to anyone I know who is on motorbility and requires assistance.
