    A little impersonal. Everything needed to be done on a screen rather than the 3 humans sat there which was disappointing. They didn’t tell me anything about how to drive the keyless courtesy car they gave me. When I returned to collect my car I took my disabled son in with me and nobody even acknowledged him which was very disappointing for me. People usually want to say hello or at least smile. Overall I was disappointed today I’m sorry to share.

    The staff was amazing helping us find the right car for my son who is autistic. They made him feel included like shaking his hand etc . But as his mum they worked well with me and was so friendly. I truly can’t thank them enough would recommend to anyone

    Yeah it was all fine apart from the car wasn’t exactly clean inside and out properly which I would’ve expected from a service and I was provided a car that had 60 miles on it and after pulling out of the dealership and getting on the dual carriageway it said 49 so all of my appointments I had that day had to cancel as the car didn’t have enough miles in it
