    The customer service was excellent. I decided to wait while the MOT was done and take the opportunity to look at other cars. The salesman, Mark, was a delight to have to show me around. He was caring, funny and really informative. The reception staff were all so friendly, including the contact prior to the MOT. They richly deserve the 5 stars.

    Service is fine. However, being a mobility customer who has a big boot Combi life for my scooter and rollator being given a Corsa Which has a much much smaller boot space is ridiculous. The main reason for this low mark, when given the courtesy car the lady did not mention it was on red for fuel, I assumed, wrongly it would seem that the courtesy car would be kept at least half a tank full! We barely made it

We do have a policy where all of our loan vehicles should have a minimum of £20 of fuel in and on this occasion was not the case. We will review this going forward.
