    Motability scheme itself is fantastic but at Mercedes of Nottingham we have experienced the worst service ever on the last occasion. Complete lack of communication and wasting of customers time and Motability scheme’s money. Not sure whether Mercedes have become complacent or the individuals dealing with the motability scheme. Either way not very happy at all.

    Five star service, from start to finish. I’m not a young lady, so I have a few years of buying different cars. Phil (sales representative) made me feel very safe, I had full confidence in his ability to look after me, and that he did. It was an easy travel to Nottinghamshire, we’re I was meet and treated with warmth, and respect. Five stars to Phil and the company. Thankyou.
