    Although they work quickly and are very friendly, they didn't tell my husband that he needed a new tyre immediately and that it is illegal! I only found this out once the report was emailed to me. Had they told him, he could've stopped at Kwik Fit on the way home, instead he needs to make a second trip to Cambridge to get the tyre sorted.

    A few things I would like to highlight, excellent customer care, extremely polite, helpful, informative and professional service from my sales advisor Manny from my first visit to the handover of the car. He made sure I chose the right vehicle and before I drove away he ensured I knew what all the functions and capabilities of the car were and, how to use them. I would highly recommend Renault and this particular dealership to anyone who is choosing a vehicle through the Mobility scheme or just a standard car purchase.     I dealt with the Mobility vehicle salesman Manny and found him to be a great help! He agreed to see me very late on a Saturday in order to show me around cars in the showroom, he took the time to explain the differences between hybrids and EV's, different specs on a host of models and answered my many other questions. I ended up signing up for a car on the day and the whole process went smoothly and faultlessly, the service I received from the dealership was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient, I highly recomend them to anybody considering their next Motability options.
