I originally contacted them at the start of April to try and arrange a test drive of two Minis, an automatic and a manual JCW, and came up against a brick wall. From being told they would call me back to them saying they would email me details and I wouldn't hear back at all. I had to keep chasing and chasing and I felt they had little to no interest in helping me. I finally, after speaking with three other individuals, got to talk to a wonderful, helpful, polite young gentleman named Jay. He got everything arrange and eventually I got to test drive the cars mid May. He talked me through the process and helped me decide on a vehicle that best suited me and all when on his day off. An exceptional dedication to providing customer service that exceeded my expectations. Given my originally disappointment I was so grateful to Jay for his advice and knowledge. Now i just have to wait for delivery which is expected August to September. I am extremely grateful to Jay for all his help. This young man should be cherished as he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and my experience ended on a high note.
