    Excellent service from Gail, she made the whole process very relaxing and stress free. She explained everything to me about how the car works when I came to collect it, including setting up my mobile phone to be able to use hands free.

    I was a bit anxious to hire my first mobility Scheme car as I had no idea what to expect.
    But my anxious was definitely unwarranted.
    I was put at ease every step of the way .
    Right from the beginning ..making that first call to Glyn Hopkins in Colchester. Essex.

    I was meet with a very warm welcome on the phone from a lovely young gentleman . He advised me that he dealt with the mobility car schemes inquiries .
    He ran me through some of the procedure then proceeded to book my first appointment at my earliest convenience.
    He also informed me , a video would be sent to my email address to introduce himself properly and what I could expect on my first visit. what a fantastic touch ! . My confidence was growing fast .

    I then attended my appointment.
    But not with a stranger , but with the young gentleman that had made a great job of interacting with me by video... Lovely! .

    I then spent a lovely few hours looking over several vehicles that would suit my needs best .
    Everything was explained in great detail. We then narrowed it down to 2 vehicles.
    In the end I went with the new Nissan Qashqai .
    I was extremely happy ! .
    Charlie's expertise in the setting up . The paperwork . Timing, dates for delivery. Everything was explained in a professional manner and a kindness I will not forget . Thank you so much. Charlie Singleton .

    Take my car there with no problems and it comes out with a problem and when I’ve called them
    About it I get fobbed off I’ve left messages and get no response back terrible service
