    I had to wait for a long time to get the handover finalised and expected my adaption to be fitted ready to go but it was forgotten and as I’d been at the dealership for nearly 3 hrs and it was getting late and I had to leave.
    The fitment can be done now at my leisure which is great as Mehmet agreed that he will arrange to have my new car collected and returned.
    Overall my experience was managed very well by Mehmet whom was very knowledgeable and helpful.
    This is the first time I’ve dealt with Glynn Hopkins and impressed

    Being new to the scheme, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or where to even start! I only popped in to Glyn Hopkin because I was driving home and saw the mobility sign in the window.
    I was greeted by Gaile, who from the outset, was absolutely amazing! She explained the whole process to me in a simple way that I could understand and promised me she would take care of everything which, she absolutely did! There was zero stress involved because of her.
    She even went the extra mile and phoned me to check I got home okay because she knew I was nervous about driving the new car home in the dark.
    She treated me as if I were one of her friends, and I will definitely be staying in touch. I can’t thank Gaile enough.
