    It was good other than I was marked for not having my service book even though it was left on the seat with the wheel lock key. I checked if it was signed and it hadn't been so went back in with it to get it signed off.

    Other than that it was lovely and they even washed the car.

    Really disappointed in my service at Glyn Hopkin Kia Colchester.
    - Recorded on the check list they’d topped up washer fluid. They didn’t! Put just water in it (not the first time this has happened. In the winter it kept freezing and now makes sense because they’d probably filled up with water then) I had to get my husband to put washer fluid in as I am disabled and can’t do it myself.
    - recorded and charged motability for a new wiper blade as mine was split. They didn’t change the wiper blade. It still smears and when lifted, it was still the old split blade on it.
    - no contact during the service to inform me about a nail in my tyre and the video of the health check didn’t come through until after I’d collected the vehicle. Getting an appointment at kwik fit is never immediate so had I not already known I had a slow puncture and booked ahead, I’d have had to wait days for an appointment which could have been avoided if communication was better from the garage.
    - Called the day after the service to speak to someone about the situation of things that hadn’t been done but they’d marked as done and a week later still waiting for them to get back to me (Eventhough after a bad review I left today I have received a missed call but no message left and it goes to a switch board of options- none of which are relevant)
    It has made me wonder what else they have said they’ve done but haven’t done- is the car safe to drive with oil levels etc?
    To receive such slack customer service and to be lied to about what has been done - as a motability customer does make me feel as if it is because I am not a paying customer I can just be lied to- forgetting that as a disabled customer, the motability scheme is a life line and independence

    The salesman was very professional and very polite unfortunately my last experience was atrocious no one ever gets back to me about the issue with the car and I refuse to bring it back it has been over to Ipswich and had been fixed I will pick it up tomorrow and make sure the issues has been sorted
