We have fully trained Motability specialists on hand to ensure that your experience from order to delivery runs smoothly and meets your needs. They can answer any questions you may have around the Motability Scheme and our current offers.

When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    I have given 4 stars as overall I was pleased with the service. However I was not happy that I had to put my vehicle dashboard display back to its original status. This might seem easy to a qualified technician but I’m not great with computers. Also there seems to be a mix up with wether or not I had a vehicle health check or a service ? I’m still not sure which I had. The short video I was given from Ford showed the tyres etc and nothing else i.e the oil levels or anything else.
