    The dealership as a whole was really helpful and supportive. MARK WAS PARTICUALY AMAZING. he went above and beyond and really had a lot of problems that arose that were out of his control regarding my car and he rose to the occasion and supported me the best he could. He personally made me feel good about the experience and so did a manager named Dean l, who was literally amazing and really helped me

    Not a very good experience at all. The date l was booked into change over cars the mobility consultant Mark was on holiday, therefore another Mobility consultant, was going to be taking over, John. However John was ill, no fault of his but l was left for quite a few hours waiting for a salesman to tell me he was not confident enough to do the handover with me. I did understand this and made an appointment to come back the next day at 10:30, this salesman said he would make sure my new car had a full tank of petrol as a good will gesture for what had happened.

    The next day l thought l would just ring to make sure John was back as I didn’t want to waste any one’s time and he was back in however he was quite busy trying to catch up with the backlog of the day before, so we rearranged a later time of 12:30.

    When I got there at the later time l was left again for a while before being seen to, poor John was really snowed under and was struggling so the manager Joe came over and took over reassuring John that he would rap everything up with me, only to leave me surrounded in paperwork and not knowing what to do as he spoke to another man for ages. John spotted me looking a bit lost and helped finish everything, while trying to deal with two other customers at the same time, all while Joe was just chatting to a man.

    I finally got given my new car, which is beautiful and l hate to moan as l know how unbelievably lucky l truly am to have mobility to help me. I turned the engine on and there was not even a quarter of a tank of petrol in the engine. I went back inside and Joe authorised someone to fill up my engine. Just about to drive away and I get a phone call from my son’s friends Dad to check if I was coming to collect my son as it was now 15:30 and I was meant to collect my son at 15:00. Part of my disability is short term memory loss, I hadn’t checked the time as I did not imagine it would have taken 3 hours to change cars.
