    Adam was amazing - i did speak to 2 other people at the dealership when Adam had a day off and they were quite poor really, and almost made me goto another dealer

    Car was taken in for minor servicing for which I asked for a curtesy car. It took ages for the service technician to find me the appropriate type. Before car service I specifically asked if my vehicle receives a wash and vacuum when my car is ready to pick up to which they said yes. On picking up it looked like it hadn't been done but annoyingly the technician tried to argue that it had been done. Because of this he tried to get back at me by saying I done alot off miles,I'd done 48 miles as went to see my mum .I did show receipt for fuel £5 because before collecting it I ask how much should I put in to which he said a couple of pounds but I put £5 ad I done 48 miles. He seemed to question the mileage and how much I put in so I said ( your only saying to get back on to me because I complained about my car not getting washed . I asked for manager to talk about this situation as not happy with the service technician's attitude. The manager agreed with me and looked at my car which he agreed hadn't been done. He reassured me he would speak to the technician about how he treated me. The manager dealt with me in a nice and professional way and resolved the issues.
