Communication with him has been amazingly easy from start to finish and it helped that he ALWAYS stuck to my preferred way of communication (email) as I struggle with calls or texts so I was extremely impressed throughout that he stuck by this without a second thought. Even spent time on handover to help me connect my mobile up to the app for the car which made a huge difference to having to work it out myself.
