    Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't fault James at all in the whole time that he was dealing with us. Couldn't of made us feel more at ease. He made sure that he explained everything thoroughly and that we understood everything. He actually spoke to myself instead of just Kimi which doesn't usually happen. Great customer service!
