    I got a call to book a service for my car and I mentioned how the passenger side mirror was broken as it doesn’t fold. The day I took the car for service and I went back to collect it at 5pm, when I went to go collect the key and paperwork the lady at reception had no interaction and completely ignored me. One and a half hours later someone else came to give the key back. Then when I went back to the car I saw that the mirror had not been fixed either so I went back then someone else also came to look at it and I was told that I would have to rebook another appointment to get it fixed.
