    From start to finish, Adrian from BMW was brilliant. We only popped into BMW to compare them to the Audi that we were going to buy. And we were so pleased we did.

    Buying a fully electric car was always the goal, but we had a few reservations. Adrian was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions and gave us sound practical charging advice. He even answered all my son’s questions on the history of BMW.

    The whole process was so easy! Adrian made us feel like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble. He was warm, professional and knowledgeable. So a huge thank you to Motability and Adrian.
