    Very annoying having so many emails etc reminding me of it and wanting me to check in online, even though id stated I prefer to check in at reception.

    Oscar was absolutely brilliant very interactive very knowledgeable made great cups of coffee. The whole transaction was very easy and I like the big computer screen so you can see everything that the dealer is showing you.
