    I’m a Motability customer and recently got a new Mini Cooper from here. Billy, the Motability specialist, was able to answer all of my questions and was helpful throughout.

    Motability customer.
    Pick up arranged, no phone call prior to pick up.
    Usually get a video clip of the MOT being carried out, didn’t this time.
    No update from garage, I had to call and find out where my vehicle was.
    Wasn’t told it wouldn’t be back the same day. If I’d known that I would have asked for a courtesy car as I’m heavily pregnant and was left without transportation overnight.
    MOT was scheduled on the Tuesday. Form I got back when car was returned stated the MOT didn’t take place until the Wednesday (the day the car was returned). When I rang on the Tuesday for an update, I was told it had been done that day.
    The report states Break pads need changing in December. It would have helped if these could have just been changed during the MOT as they are obviously in need of changing anyway. It will be a challenge arranging for the car to go in as I would have not long had a baby (consideration to the customer’s circumstances would have been welcomed).
    When driver bought car back, car wasn’t parked back on driveway as it was when it was collected making it difficult for me to get in it the next day.
