    The service was good.but when I phoned to ask when my car will be done, I was told to ring between 5and6 o'clock. Not telling me that they closed at six,so,if I rang three minutes to six I would of had to collect the following day.not good enough.

    Great customer service. Would have given 5 stars but not convinced that the long overdue Seat software upgrade has cured all problems. It may have introduced new issues which may need to be discussed further after Christmas.
