    Car is not even fixed i am really not happy the lady called Alex was very rude and just put the phone down very bad customer service wouldn't recommend especially if you are disabled

    The service was good.but when I phoned to ask when my car will be done, I was told to ring between 5and6 o'clock. Not telling me that they closed at six,so,if I rang three minutes to six I would of had to collect the following day.not good enough.

    Great customer service. Would have given 5 stars but not convinced that the long overdue Seat software upgrade has cured all problems. It may have introduced new issues which may need to be discussed further after Christmas.
