    Very knowledgeable and helpful service. I always felt heard and respected. The handover process was thorough and explained fully. The time it took to get the car was a little longer than expected but I was always kept in the loop and updated.

Matthew walked me through everything with my new car, he sat with me in the car and went through all of the features being very patient and kind, he phoned me the following day to check in.
