    The BMW APP is not good. When you book an appointment, it confirms the booking but you need to wait for a member of the dealership to call you back to confirm the booking you already made. So why use the APP, when you can call to book as it is quicker and you know it is booked.
    BNW motability prices on cars are expensive for what type of car it is, which is why I have decided to go to Audi.
    This is the 3rd time I have written this, when i submit it states "oops encountered an issue please try later".

    Great service from start to finish. Both sales staff we spoke to were knowledgeable and explained the whole process of Motability to us perfectly. We were kept fully updated whilst waiting for our car to be delivered. The day we collected our car, time was taken to explain the controls and our endless questions were answered which gave us confidence driving away. Overall, a most pleasurable experience. We would definitely recommend BMW Norwich to family and friends. Thank you!
