    Great customer service, shame about the wait for the vehicle. Wife ordered the same vehicle in different colour 1 week after my order at Basidon Toomey and took delivery 4 weeks ago.
    Not sure if its a company problem, but we are both happy with our choice of vehicle.

    Very helpful with our choice of car BUT was shocked when I requested a brochure and told they don’t make them anymore???

    Having booked and told them I would be waiting for the car they mentioned it would only be about 2 hours - they phoned the day before and said ‘oh we have no record of you waiting so no spaces’! I arrived at approx 9.30 and left at 13.29 - 4 hours wait!! Not exceptable when I had told them prior when booking IMO

    My car has been in the country for nearly 2 weeks as I was told this and yet I still haven't been contacted to collect it. Also the person I dealt with was incapable of taking my contact details down correctly when I ordered the car. Absolutely terrible service.

    Three weeks ago I went in to order my new car . Yesterday I phoned motability about sorting out the electric point to be told no application had been submitted. So I ran toomey and was told they would look into it and phone me back . About hour and half later I checked my emails and it says my application has gone in , but no call back or explanation as to why it wasn’t submitted three weeks ago , all time wasted . Hope the car is better than the service
