- Rating 1.0May 25, 2023Failed to give correct information regarding how long they keep my car for. Spent alot on taxis unnecessarily Unfortunately it subsequently turned out that Mercedes were not fully at fault. Mobility’s incompetence had Mercedes taking the brunt of my complaints as they were the ones I had to interact with. Mercedes did attempt to rectify the issue but disappointingly Mobility were adamant that they would not give permission to correct a dangerous issue with my car.
