I was first put through to Clint on the phone whilst enquiring and still undecided on what make or model I was going to go with, Clint informed me of what was available that day but also informed me that the new list was due out very soon (I think the following week) he called me back when list came through like he said he would and i decided to test drive the Sportage, after test drive I sat down and ordered the model where I was informed of everything even stuff i didn’t know and even given an estimated date of 24th December 23….. Every month I received a call from Clint just checking in with my car’s progress. To say I was shocked and happy to hear my car was way ahead of estimated date to getting video from Clint of my new car then 4 days later it was ready for collection and to say I’m happy with my choice is an understatement car is fantastic and after the year we as a family have been through together as of me being diagnosed with cancer and having major surgery in May we could do with a bit of joy. Everytime I have had any visit to Kia all staff I came across were friendly and polite but Clint stood out from the start so much so I sent my Son down and he is now awaiting a CreedX purchase in February.
