    Friendly and efficient. Leah and Alex helped me a lot as i was undecided between two models and they explained the pros and cons of both until i decided.
    They both spent a lot of time with me and it was nice to see that they cared about my disability and
    that i got the right model.
    The paperwork was sorted quickly and everything was explained to my satisfaction upon picking up my car with all my questions answered.
