    Really good customer service. Working space whilst waiting very comfortable but Wi-Fi a bit temperamental was told was being fixed

    Hugh was great , took care of me and kept me updated ,

    Although the person I first saw in their, don’t know his name, didn’t make me feel welcome at all, he definitely needs to work on his customer service

    Calm friendly place. Polite and friendly staff, very efficient. I am a mobility customer and found Nellie very friendly, keeping me updated on what was going on. I waited for my car to be serviced and afterwards they even washed and hoovered it for me.
    I am a person who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. The calm atmosphere along with Nellie's friendly manner made this a very pleasant experience.
