    Appointment was booked for 10.30am, but the day before I was called to request if I could attend earlier, if possible. I arrived around 9am, but was then told my appointment was not until 10.30am. I was not best pleased - why was I asked to come in earlier!?! I was told that the work to my car would have to be approved by Motability - what is the point of booking in advance if this crucial element is left until arriving for the appointment!?! The whole appointment to have the car’s first service was supposed to be 2 hours - it took over 3 hours. Not happy with Trust Ford Dagenham and their inept approach to dealing with customers, especially Motabilty customers.
