    Hassan and Tahmid were helpful and provided great customer service. There was an Asian lady unfortunately I didn’t get her name, she was absolutely amazing, helped me take some stuff out of my boot and place it in the courtesy car, she also asked me for tea/coffee. Absolute legend she was a proper life saver. I’m glad Nissan Manor Park have staff members like these people. Deffo improved and better than it was before.

    Customer contact charter apparently “does not apply to motability customers”. Car not ready at agreed time and not even started. Still awaiting complaint response. Won’t be using Glyn Hopkins again for both cars as things stand.

    Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication throughout with regular updates. Waquas was very friendly and professional and guided us very well when making our initial choice. The hand over was perfect and he took his time and explained everything. Brilliant service all round. Thank you Waquas! Would deffo recommend.
