    Melvin collected and returned the vehicle and was very polite—much appreciated.

    However, the Kia-branded document case that came with the car has gone missing. When the car was returned, the documents were left loose in the glovebox and the service book was placed on the seat.

    I called Kia Services immediately to report this and was told someone would get back to me. I followed up again the next day and was given the same response, but no one has contacted me since.

    It’s disappointing to have had no explanation or follow-up. I’d like a replacement document case sent to me as soon as possible.

    From the moment my husband and myself walked in the showroom, we were greeted by a receptionist asking if we needed any help. We said we were fine thank you and was left alone. 10 minutes later another lady asked if we’d like a drink. After my husband looking , we needed to ask a few questions. It was so quick and the Salesman was really caring and friendly. Before we knew it we had purchased a Kia. There was no pressure at anytime.
