    I was sent a text to say the car was ready o then took 3 buses over an hour and a half to collect it but after being left to wait for 25 minutes I was told it hadn’t been washed and I was too quick for them - how on earth the poor service was my fault I have no idea but I would suggest when something goes wrong in the future you should own it tell the truth and not victim blame the customer
