An excellent experience through Motability - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership. - Rating 5.0Jan 21, 2026I have never thought about driving a Vauxhall but after going on the Motability website to look at options I was interested in a Vauxhall Mokka. However upon viewing, I felt the car was too small and tight plus hard to get in and out of with my stick but not knowing much about Vauxhall, Stuart Brine showed me around.
He was such a pleasure to speak to and even helped me discuss potential adaptations with Motability directly to see if this was something that I would need.
Stuart was upfront, honest, clear, concise and very polite. He gave me all the information, was very patient and even advised I check out the adaptations and come back giving me the necessary numbers to do so. After making calls and speaking to Motability I ended up going for the Vauxhall Grandland. It’s much easier to get into based on my height and has adequate space behind me when I drive as my legs are quite long.
As someone who has never even considered Vauxhall as a car I would drive, Stuart is a huge part of that decision. After dealing with Stuart Brine I didn’t want to go to another dealer and look at any other cars and believe the Grandland was fit for my needs.
I also spoke to George regarding colorways and he showed me some online options and was very knowledgable and lovely.
Based on my dealings with WJ King Vauxhall Bromley I can truly say, even without having the car in my possession, I felt well taken care of and look forward to speaking with the team again. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I look forward to better motability when the car arrives.
