    The service itself was excellent and outstanding. The sales team were excellent and outstanding. However I met a black man in a hives orange jacket and I asked him where to park and he told me to park in a space which I did I then walked to the showroom and I have problems walking he then called me back just before I got to the door and told me to turn my car round and when I turned round and asked why his response was I want all the cars to find the same direction so I don’t understand why he didn’t in the first place say that to me to save me having to walk twice he was really rude as well when he told this to me

    From the moment I walked into the store.     First time with Motabilty. We looked at a range of cars throughout the summer to make sure we were finding the right car for my needs.

    Sam and her team came out on top. The car was everything we needed but primarily Sam was so caring and genuine. We have felt in safe hands and when coming back to the dealership it feels like a warm hug. 10/10 service from Sam and the W J King team
