    The service was fine. But the customer service and lack of help and understanding by both Motability and Kings was disappointing. The garage is a quiet along way. I am disabled and my husband helps me get up get dressed etc. he is 74 he has COPD and slow. To get back home from the garage would take about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours involving a train 2 buses and a walk from the station. So there are back is 3 to 4 hours. A very long day I am not sure he could do it. We arranged for a hire car from kings for £25. In the end the car went straight up on the ramp took about 1/2 hour to service he waited for our car and came home we were charged £15 for the car. If someone had listened to us and tried to understand we could have asked for the car to be done first and there would have been no stress. One time we took it in Motability paid for a taxi to berg him home and later take it back. I doubt anyone will read this but we went through stress trying to plan the day. We had to change the date as the first booking after asking for a car moving was noted down. I have had a Motability for many years and this was our worst experience by far.
