- Rating 5.0Sep 18, 2024My fiancé and I, despite being late for our appointment and not getting time to test drive the car, were given sufficient information and still seen by Sandro who kindly greeted us on entrance.
Sandro made time for us and started the application for the car but had to juggle another appointment, so his colleague Usman kindly took over so Sandro could finish his last appointment after us.
Usman was great and gave us a good laugh, he was helpful and knowledgeable. In the end we signed off on our new car, that'll be factory made and we're a happy couple with our decision.
We were able to test out my wheelchair in the boot and able to sit in other models in the showroom to help us make our decision and address our curiosity at other models.
It was a friendly, warm environment as a customer and the fact both Sandro and Usman worked together in the office to help out each other showcases a good team spirit within the store and made us feel at ease.
