    Alice was lovely. She went through all the options was patient and showed us all variations possible. Allowed us to view the vehicle and gave us all information to make an informed decision. Our last vehicle was not suitable and Alice made sure we had a seamless transition to a new vehicle.

    Ford are very good with the ‘waiting’ service, I waited near 3 hours as it’s difficult to get to and from the service centre but Ford were great in keeping me informed of the steps with my service.
