    The engineers were very respectful and kept me informed of the progress of the service. I was very happy with the experience. Next time perhaps a courtesy car would be helpful. I should also view CARS on their dealership to see which I may like once my lease is due for renewal.

    Ford are very good with the ‘waiting’ service, I waited near 3 hours as it’s difficult to get to and from the service centre but Ford were great in keeping me informed of the steps with my service.
