    It was seamless and very smooth. The car was taken away early in the morning and brought back by lunchtime looking very nice and clean. All the paperwork was done and dusted. Service with a smile. 😊

    I have one complaint; when the car was going away, I informed the person from Ford that I keep getting a warning that that my key fob battery is low. He didn’t do anything about it and brought it back the same way.

    When I asked him about it, he said I should just go and buy a battery for it. I found out that it doesn’t work like that. I’m very upset.

    Very poor communication and then the front to want to charge a disabled person £40 to deliver the car back to them. But not even to contact and say hey your car is ready. Nothing. Totally rubbish service
