    Very disappointed with the service process. Motability car was in the dealership for 3 days & still being informed additional work is required due to age & mileage. Car is less than 2 years old & has low mileage.
    I booked in my Motability car for a service and had to specify it was a Motability car and make alternative arrangements for the day. The car remained in the garage for 3 days & we received conflicting information on why there was a delay. I clarified the details of my car on day 2. I was informed on day 3 that a gear service is required on my car now & needs to be booked back in & it was due to the age & mileage. The car has very low mileage & is 2 years old. On collecting the car we were informed it was a mistake but then subsequently received a call informing us that it was up to us if we wanted to book it back in. Not sure now whether the car we are driving is safe or not.
