Andrew was very friendly and helpful asked if I would like a drink and introduced himself. Andrew was very easy to talk to and we discussed my requirements and then he showed me various models which he thought met my requirements. Andrew answered all my questions and nothing was rushed with no pressure on making a decision. I eventually decided on the model which met my needs and we then completed all the ordering admin.
I was made to feel a valued customer and pleased with all the help and assistance from Andrew. I was kept fully updated on the delivery lead time and tracking and when arriving at the dealership for collection everything was ready and complete to take delivery of the car.
