    Very disappointed as I had booked this in way in advance as I required a courtesy vehicle. When I dropped the car off, I was advised that unfortunately the courtesy vehicle hadn’t been returned the previous night. I therefore had to sit and wait in reception for just under two hours until the MOT was complete.
