- Rating 2.0Jul 3, 2024The First Lady we met was absolutely amazing. She dealt with us because the original lady was busy at the time. She said that she would wash the car and everything. Very polite and very helpful. When we came to pick up the car the lady that dealt with me was not good at all she did not get the car washed at all and I had to come back to ask what Motability said in regards to the wing mirror and then I had to ask her for the insurance number not good at all customer service from this lady was very bad. Not impressed at all.
